We've spent years perfecting these dishes - they have evolved to become favourite staples of our loyal, local clientele at Eugene's cafe in Bronte. Each dish is special - but not too special, so kids will enjoy them too. They're made from fresh ingredients in small batches, we pack and pasteurise. If refrigerated, they'll last a bit beyond the best before date. You can also freeze them, though the mashed potato on the fish pie doesn't reconstitute perfectly.
